No Shortcuts to Dreams (NS2D) Studios was founded on the notion that success comes not with just luck, but also with hard work, dedication, and patience. NS2D Studios specializes in 2D art as well as 2D animation.The studios' first original project is a 2D animated short film titled "The Secret Box", which is available for viewing in Youtube.As of January 2024, NS2D Studios has started pre-production for its next animated short titled "It's Complicated".

"The Secret Box"
"The Secret Box" is the first original 2D animated short film from NS2D Studios. Told through metaphor and symbolism, it deals with a woman's journey through childhood trauma and ultimately healing."The Secret Box" was written in 2021 with the intention of having it published as a cautionary children's story. It stayed in limbo until inspiration struck to turn it into an animated feature. Production began in July 2023, and completed on September 2023.The short was submitted to Animahenasyon 2023 animated film festival and made it into the preliminaries, though did not make it to the top 20.

"It's Complicated"
"It's Complicated" is the 2nd original 2D animated short film from NS2D Studios. It is a melodramatic tale of the complexities of a relationship, broken by circumstances and the passage of time."It's Complicated" was written by Gwendy Delos Santos in 2011 for her TV Arts class in university, with the purpose of turning it into a student short film. The short was made in that same year, and later won Best Film and Best Director in the university's short film festival.In 2024, with Gwendy still at the helm, NS2D Studios will take on the task of turning "It's Complicated" into an animated short adaptation. Pre-production officially began on January 2024.
